Shit happens and you deal with things your own way and move on. I find comfort in disconnect and music. I retreat into my own little shell until I feel well enough deal with people. I get super paranoid and overly sensitive about how I make people feel that I think I end up hurting myself even more.

Here's something I sang a couple of days ago. It's my favorite lullabye. It always reminds me of Neil Gaiman's Sandman series which I love and always go back to whenever the mood strikes me.
