Sakura Pink Otona Gyaru Makeup Tutorial

I'm back with another tutorial for those wanting to go for a more grown-up Gyaru look. I used a vibrant brown liquid liner and brown lashes for this tutorial because we are going for a softer eye makeup look to go with the very feminine pink eyeshadow.

This look is inspired by the current makeup trends I see on Gyaru magazines this year especially in Happie Nuts April 2014 issue (my fave magazine huhuhu so sad they're gone), This creamy pink lip color is very popular for spring. Sayoko wore a mint green eyeshadow with hers but I wanted to make it more fun and wearable by choosing a bright pink eyeshadow color instead.

The BB cream I used here was pretty awful on camera, it looked so gray and highlighted the dry patches of my skin (this was the first time I used this bb cream on cam so I had no idea this was how it was going to look) Sorry! I'll pick a better base product next time :s Excuse my gray face hahaha! :p

Anyway here's my video tutorial for this look!

Choker necklace from Bornprettystore.com

Here's a list of products that I used for this tutorial:

Base:
Etude House Precious Mineral Cotton Fit BB Cream (I skipped powder because this is super matte already and highlighted the dry patches of my face)
Naturactor Cover Face (for concealer)

Eyes:
Revlon Photoready Eyeshadow Palette in Graffiti (Best portable palette ever! highly pigmented with a super smooth and buttery texture)
Peach and Pink eyeshadow palette from Daiso
Fashion 21 Brown Liquid Eyeliner- they weren't kidding with the waterproof bit! You'll need a good makeup remover to take this product off.
Brown Upper Lashes from Bornprettystore
Koji Charming Kiss Eyelash Fix- best lash glue I've used so far!
White Shimmer Pencil from my Fusion Beauty Ultraflesh Shinebox Kit
Geo EyeScream lenses in Vanilla Brown

Eyebrow:
Light Brown Ever Bilena Eye Pencil (my go-to cheap brow pencil when Tony Moly 7 days tattoo eyebrow is out of stock which happens alot :s )

Cheeks:
Clinique soft-pressed powder blusher in New Clover

Lips:
Brilliant Reve Reve Shining Tint Auto Crayon in Classic Pink- another key point for this look! I love the soft and creamy consistency of this lip crayon, it has some transparency and sheen to it which gives the lips a softer and more natural look. Due to its creamy consistency though you need to reapply after a couple of hours or so. You can get it at http://serrymall.theshop.ph/  <3 Follow them on Facebook here
